Shipping Policy | VENMORA

1. Fulfillment & Logistics Network VENMORA utilizes a high-efficiency Third-Party Logistics (3PL) network, including partners like Tazah Global (Zambeel), to ensure your electric massager is dispatched from the most optimal warehouse location. By placing an order, you acknowledge that fulfillment is handled through our automated supply chain.

2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

  • Estimated Delivery: Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners. While we strive for speed, VENMORA is not legally liable for delays caused by customs clearance, regional logistics bottlenecks, or extreme weather conditions.

3. Address Accuracy & Redirects The customer is solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched to our logistics partners. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, any re-shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

4. Delivery Confirmation & Non-Receipt Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the courier’s tracking system, the risk of loss passes to the consumer. In the event of a "Delivered" status where the item is not found, the customer must file a formal dispute with the local courier office. VENMORA provides support in these cases but does not assume liability for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

5. Shipping Fees Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Unless explicitly stated otherwise during a promotion, all shipping fees are non-refundable.
